The first two certainly ring true for me. As for moving to the UK, I have been impressed with the tube’s improvements on both my visits back recently – the NY subway is definitely not perfect!
Fascinating. Really interesting statistics Michelle. Thanks for sharing. We found a supportive real estate agent, but we did miss out on quite a few properties beforehand given that we had lived overseas (in our own house) and didn’t have a record here, let alone a credit history. Nowhere is perfect, but it is all part of the adventure.
